The primary objective of this role is to manage and enhance the brand’s digital presence across social platforms. The specialist must translate the "cuteness" and "quality" of kids' clothing into a strategic digital narrative that builds trust with parents and drives both foot traffic to retail stores and conversions on the e-commerce site.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Developing monthly content pillars that align with the retail calendar (e.g., Back-to-School, Ramadan/Eid collections, Summer holidays).
Visual Storytelling: Coordinating and executing photo/video shoots. This involves styling kids' outfits and creating "reels" or "TikToks" that highlight fabric softness, durability, and style.
Community Management: Acting as the "digital concierge" by responding to parents' inquiries regarding sizing, store locations, and stock availability with a warm, helpful tone.
Trend Monitoring: Identifying viral parenting trends or "mom-hacks" to keep the brand relevant and relatable.
Influencer Liaison: Managing relationships with "Mommy Influencers" to coordinate product reviews and unboxing videos
