Content and Creative lead

The Content Creative Lead is responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the brand’s content vision across all marketing and communication channels. This role drives engaging, age-appropriate, and trend-led content that reflects the brand identity of a kids fashion retailer, increases brand awareness, supports sales growth, and enhances customer engagement both online and in-store.
The role requires strong creative leadership, deep understanding of fashion retail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual and storytelling content.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- of experience in content creation or creative leadership
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong background in fashion retail (kids wear is a strong advantage
Nice to have
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Google AdWords experience
- Understanding of basic analytics and performance tracking
