Talent Acquisition Specialist

 Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage The full recruitment Cycle
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Experience at least 1/2 years

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
